Mr Assad is a key advisor on financial matters at Bay Business Advisors.

Bill has corporate experience serving in a number of capacities with Cable and Wireless Ventures and Cable and Wireless Global.  While at Cable and Wireless, Bill analyzed and structured investments as well as developed Partner and Alliance programs.

Most recently, Bill has provided consulting services to government and defense contractors in the Washington DC region and is familiar with the government IT market and its numerous opportunities. 

Bill earned a B.B.A. in International Business and Economics from James Madison University and a M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.  Bill has lived and traveled extensively throughout the world. He speaks fluent French, Spanish and Arabic.
