Ms. Kerr has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry and has served in executive leadership positions in both non-profit and for-profit organizations.

For ten years, Jill served as the President of The ASCII Group, Inc. the nation's largest buying group of independent computer resellers with system-wide sales of over $11 billion.  In this position, she was responsible for managing the company’s sales and marketing programs as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.  During her tenure, The ASCII Group grew from 400 members to more than 2000 members in the U.S. and Canada.  Additionally, Jill created and introduced ASCII’s popular Sales Boot Camp, a program for which she was profiled in Sales and Marketing Management Magazine.

Jill has also acted as the VP of Sales for the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), the largest IT trade association in the United State representing 90% of U.S. IT sales.  With ITAA, she combined her sales, marketing and management experience to lead the organization’s recruitment efforts.

Jill has also served as the director of marketing for the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), for which she opened and ran the association’s first Silicon Valley office.  She began her association career in the membership department of ADAPSO: The Computer Software and Services Industry Association.  Jill has also served as the VP of Sales for two Internet ventures – eDeposit.com and LegalNotice.org.

Jill holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from Muhlenberg College and has completed advanced studies in e-commerce management at The University of Virginia.  She is a frequent columnist on high-tech sales and marketing issues for Channel Media.  Jill is Chair of the Strategic Alliances Committee for Women in Technology, a Washington DC organization providing networking and professional development opportunities for women in the field of information technology.
